Responsibilities :

• Secretariat/Support work for business development of infrastructure-related projects

• Report and control of accounting transaction, including invoicing, payment, credit line setting, forex position management. Operation of MUGEN, Concur, Ringi and other internal system included

• Collect information and data relevant to business fields of Division and prepare a summary of it and of new projects

• Facilitate communication and cooperation with third party companies and people concerned with business fields of division, for instance, the secretaries of senior executives of local partners.

• Make logistics arrangement for business travelers of other offices of Mitsui and its partners

• Prepare an application for internal process, document printing and filling, making an appointment, booking flights, hotels, restaurants, meeting rooms, setting up video conference, etc.

• All other secretarial assistance to GM and the team members

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in any fields

• Fluent in English (TOEIC Score 730 or above is a must, Japanese skill would be an advantage)

• Experience at least 3-5 years in Administrative and/or Secretary fields from large organization would be an advantage

• Good command at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Proactive, Organized, Considerate and sincere

• Working along well with other in a team and flexible thinking
