Responsibilities :

• Sales action particularly seeking for new customers in Metalworking Fluid market to achieve sales target.

• Coordinate invoicing and bill payment as necessary to get full payment from customers and ensure good collection performance.

• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction i.e. delivery date, product & service quality under company’s current resources.

• Strictly implement sales approach, offer and pricing policy as set by B2B Sales Manager and B2B Sales Director.

• Plan sales forecast and monitoring by monthly.

• Develop and grows up the sales with potential customers/prospects/projects effectively with both himself and Sales Engineer in the team.

• Leading sales action with technical sales approach to Metalworking Fluid customers.

• Prepare benefits proposal to customer after visit the plant and propose to trial the product if required.

• Design trial procedure and monitor the result with customers closely.

• Address customers’ problems on-site or seek technical support for efficient and effective problem solving.

• Sharing market information and competitor movement and feedback to B2B team.

• Provide good level of service and coordination to customers.

• Prepare appropriate customer visit reports, near miss reports, and success stories.

• Planning, Market analyze for expand and supervise junior sales.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field. (Prefer Petrochemical / Chemical Engineering)

• At least 3-5 years Sales management experiences in industrial lubricants field (B2B).

• At least 2 years Supervisory / team management experiences.

• Background in Metal Working Fluid Industry would be advantage.

• Knowledge in lubricant products for both technical and commercial

• Good English communication skills

• Possess a valid driving license and own a car
