Job Description
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Manage the process of Talent Acquisition, C&B, ER, L&D, Performance Management.
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
· Nurture a positive working environment
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Qualifications
· Work experience as a Country HR in management level or similar role
· Experience in HR strategic planning
· In-depth knowledge of HRM, HRD, HRBP, Health & Safety
· Good understanding of labor legislation
· Excellent leadership abilities
· Communication and problem-solving skills
· BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
