Job description:

  • Proactively manage customer relation to achieve excellent customer satisfaction in terms of product and process quality.
  • Handle claim (technical and logistics).
  • Meet customer requirement of "Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQM)".
  • Coordinate customer audit/visit.
  • Interpret Customer Requirements/Voice.
  • Interpret company requirement to Customers.
  • Accelerate quality improvement related to claim.
  • Perform initial confirmation of claim, Issue, promote and tracking.
  • Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure.
  • Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Sharing / Enforcing best practice (PRP).
  • Enter / Manage data of 0km claim into SAP.
  • Obtain customer approval as for prototype / production parts, change control, deviation, etc which is specified by "SQM".
  • Communicate with responsible OPU / Suppliers.
  • Convert VOC in business processes.



Qualification:

  • More than 5 years of working experience in Automotive Quality Assurance area.
  • Direct contact to customers.
  • Bachelor's in Engineer; Mechanical, Industrial or Other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Customer Quality Engineer.
  • Have work experience in automotive industry and manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and ISO/TS-16949 Quality Management system.
  • English language skill.
