Job Descriptions:
Collect /receive input from Sales Executives
Prepare quotation to customers
Organize for sample receiving from customers
Order processing
Prepare test report and send test reports to customers
Receive customers calls
Build up trust and security between company and customers
Build up good relationship with customer (walk in customer)
Any support assigned by Senior CS / Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Science, Textile or related field.
At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service ,Sales Coordinator or Administrator.
Knowledge of products (softlines) testing will be advantage.
Good in English of every skills: Read, Written and Spoken
Good computer literacy
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong Self-motivated and hard working
Resourceful and problem solving ability
Ability to perform under pressure and good emotional control.
