Job Descriptions:
• Management of automation systems and remote support systems
• Provides technical support to producers and customers to ensure efficient and effective operation of our solution
• Perform user management and routine system administration tasks
• Manage and maintain servers and data center equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical equipment
• Coordinate service activities with other Field Service Technicians
• Test all new releases and upgrades, installation, configure, optimize & maintain systems, applications and servers
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree and technical competence in Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanic Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in setup, installation, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment, preferable in production areas for F&B factory.
• Ability to diagnose and analyze mechanical, electrical, and application issues
• Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrated abilities to diagnose and analyze technical issues
• Experienced with quality and performance monitoring processes
• Knowledge of basic PLC setup and programming
• Good communication in English language
