RESPONSIBILITIES :
• proactive member of the local management team bringing financial decision support
• introduce management accounts for manufacturing operations, including non-financial KPIs, with meaningful variance analysis and commentaries review and enhance the production costing process to increase accuracy, speed and transparency
• focus on financial and business planning activities and work closely with stakeholders in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and regional commercial finance
• perform cash forecast and cash flow management for funding
• ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial closing, reporting and consolidation of management reporting, in compliance with statutory reporting and group reporting standards
• responsible for maintaining a strong control environment at all times with clear policies and procedures
• Establish new ways of working and processes to align with Company’s best practices
REQUIREMENTS :
• 10-15 years with Accounting & Finance operation from manufacturing environment
• 5-7 years background in FP&A (Finance Planning & Analyst, Reporting)
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has proven track record in operating in a matrix organization and collaboration across multiple teams to accomplish organizational goals
• Strong analytical/planning skills coupled with a strong accounting/control background including IFRS.
• Strong applicable in SAP or ERP systems with related modules
• Good level of English, written and spoken
