Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the area of Business Finance and/or FP&A
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data and information
• Strong communication skills (at all levels in the organization), both written and verbal.
Responsibility:
• Prepared, Analyzed & reported for financial performance statement closing (P&L, and relevant reports) by monthly, Quarterly. Annual Operating plan
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Provide timely and accurately analysis on monthly, quarterly, yearly business performance (Actual, Estimate/Forecast and Operating Plan) to internal and regional stakeholders
• Coordinate, prepare and evaluate for the budget, forecast and strategic plan to help ensure consistency with sound business management and corporate objectives
• Monitors company’s performance and recommends improvement.
• Develop employees to their full potential through Performance Management coaching, appropriate training goal setting and career development
• Provide analytical information with regard to financial and operational to management level in decision making
• Consolidate monthly management reports
