Job Description :
• Strengthen the company’s human resourcing by planning, executing, implementing, creating, and evaluating human resources policies, regulation, practices, and employee relations.
• Assistant and support to Executive Management to analyzing and recommending changes management.
• Make sure the company following legal compliance by monitoring, supervising team members, conducting investigations and representing the company sense of hearing.
• Manages and supervise human resource team members in recruitment, compensation & benefit, employment relationship, and training & development.
• Advance human resource counseling and disciplining employees to ensure the best result and performance.
Qualifications :
• Educational in Human Resource or related.
• Minimum ten years' in progressively overall responsible human resource roles.
• Proven working experience as HR and ability to setup HR’s policy & regulation.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, HR system and architect strategy.
• Competence to manage communication to all levels and strong in people oriented.
