Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree related to Logistics or Business Administration or related field
• 5 years working experience with shipment or logistics
• Ability to organize and prioritize requests made from internal and external customers.
• Excellent problem solving skills to resolve day to day delivery issues in a timely manner
• Effective communication (verbal and written) skills with ability to work with individuals of all levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with both Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve carrier issues.
• English Communication is a must
