Responsibilities :
• Design, plan and implement network infrastructure.
• Maintain, Optimize, troubleshooting and resolve network infrastructure to meet SLA.
• Perform day-to-day network operation service, incident, problem, request and change management.
• Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.
• Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of network equipment.
• Monitor network performance, Ensure Availability and Reliability. Prepare monthly report.
• Documents network problems and resolution for future reference.
• Control the IT infrastructure project related on network part.
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or other related fields
• Experience in LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IIS, firewalls, router and switch configuration etc.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and network diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of Telecommunication
• Knowledge of Network Security
• Cisco Professional (CCNA, CCNP) Certification is advantaged.
