Responsibilities:

·         Direct report to EXPAT boss and manage team 60 persons (Safety and Security staff)

·         Identification and control of site high risk activities and tasks.

·         Lead investigations into medium to high risk actual or potential incidents.

·         Development of site improvement plan in line with the regional S&E strategy requirements.

·         Development and implementation of the site specific Safety & Environment systems.

·         Reviewing and measuring the implementation of the site improvement plan.

·         Mentor site senior management in the leadership of HSE.

·         Submitting the sites data and quality checking for accuracy.

·         Assessing and confirming the sites compliance against the minimum global / regional and local legislative requirement.

·         Statistical analysis of sites performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

·         Providing timely site input to shape and evolve the regions strategy.

·         Must be able to demonstrate visible HSE leadership to the key site stakeholders.

·         Implementation the standard of OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 and ISO 28000.

·         Implement to compliance with the security policies and requirement.

·         Providing guidance to service with securities requirement and standards.

Qualification:

·         Bachelor’s Degree major in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management.

·         Safety professional license from Ministry of labor is required.

·         Minimum 5 years practical experience as and Safety & Environment Manager.

·         Minimum 3 years experience working in heavy industrial environments.

·         Experience in leading critical incident investigations

·         Experience in the development of Safety & Environment management systems.

·         Experience in the development and management of corrective action projects.

·         Experience in liaising with government, regulatory, industry and labor organizations.

·         Experience in ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 and ISO 28000.

·         Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels within the organization and lead / mentor workgroups and individuals.

·         Excellent influencing skills demonstrated through verbal and written communication.

·         Good command of English (Direct report to EXPAT boss).
