• Expertise (and can articulate to others) the vision, goals and strategy related to the ODMS, Make Product Work Process, EH&S, Quality and productivity.
• Understands work processes utilized by the organization(e.g. ODMS, EHS, Quality, Produce Product)
• Have a Continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge of their organizations' vision, goals and strategy related to Operations, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Quality
• Understands ODMS processes and tools
• Understands EH&S work processes.
• Leads overall ODMS "implement" and "maintain" efforts for the department / plant.
• Coordinates ongoing department/plant efforts to maintain the ODMS system, reduce unplanned events and maximize value from ODMS use
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experienced in ODMS with about 3+ years in Petroleum/Chemical/Refinery/Oil&Gas field
• Excellent in English skill
