Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the entire operations of a manufacturing plant, including the management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production at all times
• Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• Ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers
• Control costs to achieve company budget goals
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
• Maintenance or replace plant equipment as needed.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering preferred
• 5+ years' plant operations experience in the noodle or food manufacturing and development process and adequate knowledge of Rice based products.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Able to lead root cause analysis investigations
• Able to explain training material to our operating staff
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Able to relocated to Chiang Rai
