Job Description:
Problem solving at plastic molding suppliers to help resolve quality/delivery issues
Review Mold designs in Technical Discussions for new projects
Review supplier plastic molding processes to find optimal settings
Review Preventative Maintenance plans and actual PMs at suppliers to see if it is at the correct levels
Coach and train fellow client's associates on plastic molding process, design, and material
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or related fields
Experiences more than 10 years working in plastic molding company
Worked as a plastic mold technician or engineer
Setting plastic molds
Running plastic injection molding machines
Setting parameters to control injection molding machines
Performing Preventative Maintenance on plastic molds
Worked in the development of Mold design
Understands mold flow analysis software
Has knowledge and understanding of the different plastic materials and their characteristics related to molding
Has knowledge of basic quality from the processing side.
