​Responsibilities:

• Managing all activities of Process, Engineering, PE that support the quality management process and through continuous improvement initiatives and training ensure the organization meets the agreed quality specifications and the changing needs of the customers.

• Oversees the planning, designing, development, implementation for process to meets the customers requires.

• Lead to produce RFQ and conduct DOE to meets product/process specification.

• Performed improvement projects within the value center and effectively coordinates with the Project Sponsor and other improvement project teams.

• Identifying integration issues with other projects / processes and coordinates the improvements with the appropriate project / process owners to accomplish the project goals.

• Managing the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives and metrics are being met.

• Providing the Project Sponsor with the results and takes corrective project action as required to improve on results below target.

• 6 Sigma methodology to manage project activities, leading teams to execute projects, tracking project status and drive results.

• Providing necessary training and coaching to team members to spread the base of 6 Sigma Problem Solving tools.

• Ensure that Six Sigma / Lean / Continuous Improvement culture by communicating projects are integrated with across all relevant functions other business activities and operations.

• Ensure multi-channel communication throughout the organization.

• Client interface for demanding new project and customers’ requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in related filed.

• Over 7 years of work experience in Electronics material, Plastic, Rubber, Fabric.

• Experience as clients interface with all related matters of process.

• Understand and knowledge 6 Sigma, Lean/Kaizen, Continuous Improvement project.

• Manage risk and ambiguity on a project.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions.

• Demonstrated focus on quality and customer needs.

• Have project management skill and Leadership skills.

• Able to work under high pressure and flexible time.

• Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Fluent in English conversation skills
