Responsibilities :
• Leading the company New Product Development Department and making sure they are recognised as an important part of the company’s success
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments, to create products based on consumer demand and ensure that they operate safely
• Analyzing research and sales data to identify trends
• Maintain a strong understanding of products and services, and innovate new ways to serve businesses
Qualifications :
• At least a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or related field
• Min 5 year experiences in NPD, R&D or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
• Being trained pharmacist with background in herbal/analgesic products
• Knowledge in technical understanding of the formulation and how technology can improve our products
• Understand in commercial landscape i.e. dynamics in pharmacy/ health and beauty stores
