Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor in food science /technologies, industrial management or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in the noodle or food manufacturing and development process and adequate knowledge of Rice based products.
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Able to relocated to Chiang Rai
