Key Responsibilities of the position:
• Manage and control the production process to ensure quality meets product standards and GMP requirements.
• Maintain and improve product quality according to pharmaceutical concepts.
• Control GMP documents which have been done appropriately such as change, deviation, solving and follow up CAPA, Batch record, validation protocol and others.
• Ensure the production record is evaluated and approve before sending to QC/QA department.
• Control cost of production division, review standard cost and finding cost reduction.
• Manage human resource in subordinate follow company regulation, control man power fit for work load.
• Provide suitable knowledge to subordinate.
• Company activities such as shift leader committee, safety and others.
• Other assignment from direct supervisor.
Qualifications required:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• 10-15 years experienced in Production field of Pharmaceutical products will be an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written in English.
• Responsible, Hard-working and Enthusiastic.
• Proactive working style with the ability to solve the immediate problems.
