Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and supporting engineering services on the designated shift to optimize the available manpower, equipment and resources to manufacture conforming product at the lowest cost.
Manage and animates the Process Expertise Center of its perimeter.
Meet daily productivity requirements for all areas of responsibility by practicing effective Lean Manufacturing initiatives, to also include internal audit requirements such as: 5S, LPA, Three Tiered Audit.
Produce to Quality Standards that conform to customer and Company requirements.
Establish, manage and exceed Business Unit annual business plan and budget.
Manager process to promote showcase housekeeping.
Plus from time to time, any other activities that are deemed within your capability that you can carry out safely.
Manage the transfer of equipment within the product Group.
Master Site Industrial Performance and deliveries, DL, Quality and Asset Utilization.
Support sites during ram up and processes issues.
Qualifications:
35 years old up of age with Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or related fields
7 years in management with Foundry Process Expertise, especially in a multinational manufacturing environment with working experiences in Foundry Manufacturing for production engineering, maintenance, and quality.
Good of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Quality Management.
Management with team.
Good communication in English.
