​Qualifications:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in industrial/mechanical engineering or comparable (GPA higher than ‘3.0’).

• Professional experience in the area of international project management.

• Analytical, structural, and own-organized approach and high degree of assertiveness, persuasiveness, and team-orientation.

• High ability of problem-solving handling to work under pressure.

• Convincing in communication and negotiation with stakeholder.

• National and international networking-ability.

• Willingness to domestic and international traveling.

• Very good Thai and English skills in speaking and writing (TOEIC higher than ‘700’), additionally German skills preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation and development of national and international suppliers for platform- and application-projects, focusing on the material-fields of ‘turning’, ‘molding’, ‘sealing’ and ‘stamping’.

• Definition and alignment of procurement-strategy, under consideration of target costs, quality aspects and timing.

• Organizing and leading of technical supplier discussions (TSD), w/ participation of internal stakeholders (e.g. manufacturing, engineering).

• Collaboration in international cross-functional teams (e.g. simultaneous engineering teams).

• Performing the change management and ratio project planning (RPP).

• Presenting and explaining the status and results of purchasing to the national and international management of the business division.
