Sales Analysis & Coordinator Position:
Responsibility:
Business Planning:
- Take lead of the monthly, annual, and 5-year planning processes (Monthly Forecast, Annual Operation Plan, Strategic Planning).
- Take lead of the weekly and quarterly business review processes (Weekly Traffic Light, Quarterly Target Setting Review).
- Maintain correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency in database.
Analysis and Support:
- Handling OTC (Order to Cash) process, covering order entry, order fulfillment, billing and payment collection.
- Analyze business related data to support the management's decision makings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for various occasions and purposes.
- Support execution of internal communication (Quarterly Town Hall Meeting, etc.).
- Support execution of external communication (Tech-Day, press release, etc.).
- Provide administrative assistance to the management and the Sales team.
Customer Management:
- Manage customer demand and forecast to ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment.
- Interface and negotiate with customer to resolve issues in Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
- Connect customer and WABCO's internal functions to resolve problems.
- Develop network in different customer functions/departments to support our business.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales support or administrative position.
- Having good command of SAP, Salesforce or similar database.
- Work experience in automotive industry is preferred.
- Good command in English.
