We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining existing customer relations, explore and find new lead customer and creating sales reports.
- Reports to sales segment leader
- Work closely with new accounts to formulate sales plan to grow the local market
- Handling customer enquiry and process quotation in system
- To manage and review the sales figure and sales margin monthly
- Attend to customer enquiries/complaints/feedback and liaise with another department for follow up.
- Provide effective communication and co-ordination between Sales and Customers.
- Follow up with Procurement/Purchasing for First Article samples.
- Liaise with QA dept for First Article report
- Perform the role of a sales development job but utilizes the digital marketing tools/platforms to develop business pipeline and focus on qualifying inbound marketing leads (offline/online omnichannel)
- Able to collaborate strongly between Digital Marketing and Sales to enhance leads conversion process and turn into business opportunities, both products and services
- Agile personality and able to handle speedy loads of enquiries and quick response to the leads/market
- Passionate on new business development and quote to win for emerging market across various industries
- Keen to explore more digital platforms for pipeline and sales development
- Creative on market research on generated leads coming from digital marketing, and able to do lead call sales pitch to discover business opportunities and qualify MQL to SQL
- Male& Female Age 25 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, marketing or relate field.
- At least 1-2 years strong experience in sales and/or marketing in B2B ** Experience in the fastener industry would be advantage. **
- Have good knowledge in various marketing channels/platforms.
- Good exposure to the e-commerce platforms and sales conversion.
- Customer focused and had strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent english both oral and written and able attend oversea conference.
