Job description:
- Overall in accountability and responsibility for country sales, operations, product and market management to achieve company's objective and targets.
- Work closely with the HQ management team to plan and develop country strategic goals to take the business model and execute accordingly.
- Take ownership of country P&L, financial statements, report and implement business initiatives base on market trend and survey.
- Oversea, manage and supervise sales team to achieve goal and meet the sales targets.
- Plan and execute company sales and marketing strategy, identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth attainment.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Build and maintain relationship with existing clients and explore new opportunities.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
- At least 5 years direct experience in positions sales lead with specialize only in PIPE/PPR product or plastics.
- Proven sales record in B2B and successfully managing client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Able to travel up to two weeks per month
