Company overview: Leading global piping technology providing piping products and solutions for residential, commercial, infrastructural and agricultural.
Job description:

  • Overall in accountability and responsibility for country sales, operations, product and market management to achieve company's objective and targets.
  • Work closely with the HQ management team to plan and develop country strategic goals to take the business model and execute accordingly.
  • Take ownership of country P&L, financial statements, report and implement business initiatives base on market trend and survey.
  • Oversea, manage and supervise sales team to achieve goal and meet the sales targets.
  • Plan and execute company sales and marketing strategy, identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth attainment.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing clients and explore new opportunities.



Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
  • At least 5 years direct experience in positions sales lead with specialize only in PIPE/PPR product or plastics.
  • Proven sales record in B2B and successfully managing client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Able to travel up to two weeks per month
