​Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver Annual Business Development and Sales Plans to improve short-term and long-term sales and margin.

• Analyse sales and margin performance, produce forecast, develop strategies to effectively manage existing sales opportunities and create new ones. The ultimate goal is achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets.

• Manage the implementation of new customer accounts to ensure all customers’ requirements are captured and executed.

• Leverage relationships with key suppliers to drive sales and margin growth – e.g.: training, joint calls, promotions, etc.

• Design an effective system to ensure the Sales Team provides accurate reports on existing and new business opportunities.

• Monitor programs, analyse data and trends, hold regular service performance and business reviews, and initiate improvements for your portfolio.

• Partner with the internal teams to ensure world class customer service is achieved and your team always represents the brand to the highest level.

• Develop and implement sales policies and procedures, define plans that close current gaps and ensure compliance.

• Create an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and collaboration, both internally and externally.

• Build your team's capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related filed.

• Excellent customer service and customer relationship building skills.

• Minimum 7-10 years of industrial sales experience in Safety / PPE products.

• Market knowledge about Safety / PPE and industrial products.

• Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.

• Understanding of financial concepts such as sales and margin.
