Responsibilities :
• Providing data-driven consultative support and service to high value accounts to achieve business objectives identified by local/sub-regional/regional sales leadership.
• Provides core content and information about business activities; effective coordination of company’s processes and resources; end-to-end services (e.g., strategy, sales, marketing, training, technology, etc.); and innovative and tailored solutions to complex problems and business growth opportunities
• Lead local account / global team member
• Provides support for Key and Strategic accounts by supporting implementation of broad business strategies providing information for strategic reviews, etc.
• Provides operational support to the sales organization; Serving on cross functional teams focused on design, development and implementation of sales administration processes, programs and communications:
• Managing all stages of the account management process:
>> Analyze
• Analyzes all business and business affiliation data to identify growth opportunities and root cause problems affecting the interaction between Amway and the ABO regionally/globally.
• Researches companies internal capabilities to address root cause problems and strategic growth opportunities on a regional/global scale in order to manage risk.
• Brainstorms and communicates with key stakeholders about innovative ways to address root cause problems and strategic growth opportunities on a regional/global scale.

• Develops cross-functional communications for both specific accounts and internal stakeholders to address long-term, strategic concerns and growth opportunities.
• Set, define, develop long-term, strategic opportunities to innovate in ways that grow targeted accounts regionally/globally.
• Apply regional/global sales strategy in collaboration with the account to achieve mutually beneficial, long-term goals (3-5 years)
• Sets appropriate agendas for meetings to drive long-term strategic planning between the ABO’s organization and company
• Anchors meetings with the current vision of the future state to ensure relevancy and alignment.
• Initiates open dialogue around strategic opportunities to innovate in ways that grow the account’s business and business affiliation regionally/globally.
• Helps the account determine mid-term and long-term objectives that drive innovation and other strategic growth opportunities.
• Works with the account and company to create, guide and implement a strategic plan to achieve mid-term and long-term objectives.
Qualifications :
• Thai Nationality with Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• Sales and Marketing Plan and Growth Incentive Plan (GIP)

• Effectively communicating and presenting complex issues and data (both verbally and written) to influence decisions and help others understand and translate it into actionable business insights
