Qulaification:
Bachelor Engineer or higher in Engineering or equivalence
Minimum 5 years in Supplier Quality, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Engineering, Program Management working experience.
Experience leading / mentoring teams with strong program management skills and a track record of coming through on commitments.
Strong communication and influence skills to drive process improvements and resolve issues required.
Strong persuasion and negotiation of critical issues, as well as demonstrated creativity, vision, and mature judgment in anticipating / resolving complex issues required.
Exceptional English and Thai in verbal and writing
Demonstrate a flexible and "can do" attitude
Able to work on agreed initiatives with minimal support
Demonstrated People Management skills
Demonstrated PC Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Collaborative working relationship
Good leadership & communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning, Supplier Advanced Product Quality Planning, Quality Assurance Engineering and Supplier Performance Management is preferred.
Responsible:
Aid the Sourcing function in choosing capable suppliers using the Strategic Supplier Quality processes.
Management of Supplier APQP for program through delivery and approval of supplier PPAPs in alignment with program timing
Monitor and support selected future suppliers through the implementation of the APQP process.
Function as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues prior to launch of new product.
Provide technical support to our customers during launch of new product.
Provide guidance to the project team to achieve goals in accordance with established programs and timing.
Work as the liaison between internal and external engineering, materials, purchasing, management, quality, and production to ensure that new products meet quality and delivery goals.
Establish operational objectives and assignments, and liaison/delegate assignments to supplier management.
Develop and implement test and inspection processes for incoming materials, including all necessary validation and qualification activities by providing the processes to quality team for reviewing and filing of quality inspection records.
Management of raw material supplier activities to support manufacturing and development. Activities include auditing, monitoring, and reporting on supplier performance.
