Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 20 years’ extensive experience in Technical Services, field of process engineering management in Petrochemical or Refinery Plant..
• Evolved leadership skills. Critical thinker.
• Well versed in English.
• Computer literacy skills: MS Office / Internet / Microsoft Project / Auto CAD and simulation programs such as Aspen, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all Capex Projects completed on time. Provide all support to ensure that the project benefits realized.
• Provide continuous support to ensure Production Rate & Cost of Productions are within and/or better than the budgets.
• Provide resources to ensure improvement of capabilities of Technical Services Division team to meet their current responsibility.
• Address all customer technical needs.
• Devise and develop schemes to increase value.
• Be abreast with all relevant codes of conduct/ standards/ local regulations to ensure TPT assets are safe.
• Lead Process Safety Management related key activities
