  • Develop effective business plan and growth strategy for Thailand.

  • Provide direction to implement the most effective go to market strategy, drive key customer relationships.

  • Key project negotiations, delivery and partner engagement activities to support efforts in achieving sales and market share growth.

  • Devise tactics to increase market coverage and continuously enhance efficiency to make a fair profit.

  • In addition, this role is to support key tasks, including marketing, strategic planning aligned with global / regional vision and aspirations.

  • The assigned territories include Automotive and Industrial and Hydraulics business Power Transmission first fit and aftermarket business in Thailand.

  • This individual is expected to manage and accelerate the existing business.

  • Develop the strategy to grow share of wallet for targeted account.

  • Develop application expertise for direct selling to key stakeholders and influencers.

  • Build and sustain relationships up to and including key C-level executives for key customers, proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen.

  • Solid understanding of sales and financial planning is essential as this role involves monthly sales and business reporting, reporting budgets as well as producing financial reports.

  • Develop robust sales strategies by segment via in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.

  • Lead account planning activities and to assist local teams with sales engagements and application support.

  • Develop channel coverage by market segment and support countries to develop right partners.

  • Develop direct channel sales and marketing skills and competencies metrics.

  • Develop standard enterprise selling process, opportunities and pipelines management.

  • Build effective sales team, providing guidance and coaching to improve sales team's effectiveness and productivity.

  • Support Talent acquisition, assessment, development, retention and succession planning.


  • Minimum 10 years related experience in enterprise sales and/or business development preferably with OEM and Aftermarket experience.

  • Direct experience in strategic thinking and planning with sound commercial acumen.

  • Direct experience in key account sales planning and sales engagement.

  • Good communication in English.

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills.
