RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Coordinate and facilitate activities in relating with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Deploy TPM concept, methodologies, and tools in company level.
• Maintain and develop the facilitating system.
• Follow up activities and track results according to the Master Plan.
• Conduct frequent discussion and provide coaching to stakeholders.
• Support for related audits following requirement.
• Coordinate with and learning from external consultant.
• Interact with co‐workers, supervisors, managers, and other cross‐functional department personnel in a way that fosters a positive working atmosphere and attitude.
• Keep constantly communication, reporting and sharing of experience in company for TPM activities.
• Participate in TPM community to exchange experience and best practice.
• Drive the High‐Performance Teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Manufacturing/Operational Excellence, TPM, CI, LEAN, Kaizen
• Background with Production / Process / Manufacturing /Maintenance Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cross‐functional project or program management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in TPM Principals and methods (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Visual management, Kaizen)
• Good leadership with presentation/communication skills, self-motivated and independent, continuous improvement mindset.
• Good English communication skills.
