Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong relation with 130 -150 key customers nationwide as business partner to assure the business growth
• Ensure the completion of BTL execution in Traditional Trade e.g. POSM/ Promotion /Activities
• Data gathering for sales analysis e.g. Off-take, Inventory
• Monitor competitor’s activity and propose the countermeasure plan
• Create ‘Customer Profile’ containing customer basic data and insight information eg. Business type, size of business, customer behavior, Special need or request. Like/dislike
• Monthly Sales analysis and action plan •Field visit 2 times/ week or 10 customers/ month (Min.)
• Organize the activities at KA 2 times/month
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing.
• Prefer Candidate in Trade Marketing (Pharmaceutical)
