Job Description
1. Full scene operation-responsible for the daily operation of the experience center, including equipment and facility management, display management, material inventory and third-party personnel management, etc. Ensure the daily operation of the experience center and present an orderly & high-quality brand space to users at any time.
2. Functional area operations-while maintaining the basic operations of functional areas, the content of functional areas is continuously enriched, including but not only the creation of special activities of functional areas, and the establishment of exclusive online and offline communities for functional areas.
3. User relationship operation-the whole process of receiving users and user friends who visit the store, recommending brand products and experience center service content to users, such as App, the meeting room and special events.
4. Complete other tasks of the team with high quality.
Qalification
-Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year experience in store operation; have a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness;
-Proficiency in English/Thai/Chinese, excellent communication skills, affinity and adaptability, can provide an excellent user experience in an active environment, and stay energetic;
-Have a strong interest in the Internet and automobiles, and be able to quickly learn about new products and new functions and and keep up with current trends;
-Proficiency in the use of computer office software;
-Accept flexible working hours, morning and evening shifts, and accept overtime work during peak passenger flow (weekends & holidays).
-Those with artistic expertise and retail management experience are preferred.
Note: Base at Icon Siam: working 5 days and off 2 days, 2 shift: 09.00 am - 18.00 pm and 15.00 pm - 22.00 pm, have uniform
