Responsibilities :
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, product manager and developers
• Determine information architecture and design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
• Contribute UX/UI expertise with an enthusiastic agile development team to improve https://www.drivehub.com using the lean startup methodology
• Conduct usability testing & research to identify user needs.
• Document functional all aspects of the product design process.
Qualifications :
• 3-5 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of Startup Tech, IT platform, Innovation Framework, Digital Tech & Trends.
• Eager to learn and understand the business side of the company - Familiarity with user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX), Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Zeplin, wireframing, analytical and presentation skills and other relevant design tools.
• Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs in a short time.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
• Start-up or e-commerce experience is a plus.
