Role Purpose:
• At least 5 year long career as WH manager in a tire industry
• Any of them from both tire companies and Logistic Service Providers should be okay, but in terms of candidates from Logistic Service Providers, they must be involved in a tire industry
• At least 5 year long career as transportation manager in a tire industry
The role focus is:
• Managing the execution of daily warehouse operations and driving the continuous improvement of all warehouse activities including warehouse capacity utilization, inventory control and security.
• Coordinate and work closely with sales team for support information about warehouse operations.
• Maintain and improve efficient and timely delivery to customer.
• Improve all warehouse and delivery process and cost effectively.
• Responsibility for warehouse budget, forecast, manpower planning and transportation operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers and customers.
• Prepare analytical reports for top management.
Qualifications:
• Thai nationality only. Age above 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field.
• Solid background in Warehouse and transportation management is a must.
• At least 5 years experience in warehouse & Transport management preferably in tire industry.
• At least 5 years experience in manager level in multinational company.
• Strong leadership and decision making.
• Able to do multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent presentation , communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Able to work at Bangna and Laemchabang-Chonburi
