Job Description
General IT support ex; Investigating, diagnosing and troubleshoot software issues, participate in research and system application needs to visualize any problems for users, provide assistance to customers or clients regarding the using of various software applications etc.
Contact, collaboration and report with headquarter about IT works, also participate in business wide meeting to provide insight into technical requirements.
Design & conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Paying attention to versioning and transition from development and test to production phases
Present regular project updates to IT manage as appropriate, throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the IT manager as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Other IT related fields
Minimum 2 years experiences in software system support in CRM, ERP, SAP, WMS, TMS
Experience in Microsoft products such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI
Experience in SQL query will be advantage
Good in English (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
