Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be able to work with people at all levels and be results and be action orientated. The Manager/ Assistant Manager will work closely with the Director of Eastern Seaboard Branch including liaising directly with clients. They should also be a motivational leader for their staff exemplifying the company values of Passion, Teamwork, Clarity, Quality and Integrity.
Responsible for oversight of outsourced accounting engagements, which includes management account reports, statutory accounting and tax compliance.
Oversee day-to-day accounting duties and reports.
Supervise and review work of Junior/ Senior Accountants and provide appropriate feedback/guidance.
Provide assistance on Director work.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.
Minimum of 7 years experiences in accounting with working experience at management level in professional services field.
CPD license is preferred.
Prioritize and organize multiple tasks with timely and accurate completion.
Willing to take ownership and responsibility for job responsibilities.
Able to work effectively in a highly diversified work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop individual client relationships.
Good in spoken and written English with good communications & interpersonal skills.
Hard working and efficient working style.
Able to work under pressure and high level of self-motivation & adaptability.
Proactive, positive and can do attitude.
Strong Microsoft office skills and use of accounting software.
