• Progress the action plan in the workplace and take corrective action as necessary
• Familiar with the Warehouse & Logistic Management systems.
• Experience in quality systems related to warehouse function.
• Imitative and project improvement.
• Able analytical thinking and can see the overview and relationships of the various parts of the organization.
• Able to identify and solve problems for the benefit of the organization and everyone involved.
• Able to target production Standard work goals and create standards.
• Develop a concrete action plan to address workplace problems.
• Able to improve and resolve issues in the workplace (labor, safety, quality, processes, etc.).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field., Engineering file is a plus.
• Management level minimum 8 years + related field 10 years (Total 18 years)
• Field production controls in logistics and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
• MS Office, WMS, Inventory control
