Role Purpose:
Provide the products to Dealer and Superstore & Modern trade in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Monitor Team performance and provide the assistance when it is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products to the existing dealer & Super store & Modern Trade
- Monitor stock and sell out to generate more sales.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through weekly visit
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements - Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Retail Sales Management
- Good Command of English and Thai
- Strong in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership.
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills
- Self-Motivated and energetic, Business Savvy, Time Management Skill
