Responsibilities
• Built brand image and strengthen its character to set up the strong brand positioning in the market.
• Researched opportunities and trends to increase brand awareness within target audience.
• In charge of consumer communication utilized all obtainable database. Delivered strategic content through diverse channels and tools such as, newsletters, e-newsletters, SMS.
• Managed and monitored all social media channels including websites, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Line@. Responsible for all SEO & SEM, UX/UI work and setting target for each month to reach a wider target audience.
• Planned media advertising strategies for all online and offline such as press releases, newspaper, magazines, billboards, posters, social media channels, websites, etc.
• Measured ROI for each digital marketing campaign.
• Developed content publishing schemes according to the quarterly sales plan. Organized all photo and video projects, including copy writing and proofreading.
• Supervised production teams to assure quality of any media to be used in the brand’s communication.
• Worked closely with agencies, stylists, photographers, makeup artists, bloggers, influencers and celebrities on a daily basis.
• Responsible for budget planning for yearly marketing department activities.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in marketing or business
• At least 7 years experience in management level of Digital Marketing or E-Commerce function.
• Having strong background with good knowledge in digital platform business trend.
• Deep knowledge of web design principles
• Ability to identify long term trends in data
• Great English communication skills
• Experience working with a content management system
• Strong project management skills
