Job Description: The roles is individual contribution focus on manage finance and accounting in various of countries. import & export tax and regulation, report to owner (USA) dotted line CEO (Thai) and board of director (SEA)
Review all accounting tasks (AR, AP, GL, and costing)
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
Reconcile tax activity with the General Ledger
Taking care of accounting for Thailand and oversea branches (Thailand, Australia, UK, Japan, USA,)
Ensure compliance with the tax and audit requirements.
Coordinate work relating to both internal and externa audits in the periodic review of the company financial records and ensure the implementation of agreed upon recommendations, related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings
Ensure that company financial records, under responsibility, are maintained in compliance with company policies and Thai regulations. Review monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure this compliance
Manage the Budget and forecasting process including preparation, consolidation, valuation and alignment with strategic plans for presenting to top management level.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Qualification:
At least 5 years of experiences in Finance/accounting
Good command of English. a must because need to communicate to others country)
Experiences in Import TAX
