Responsibilities:
• Establish performance reporting and management information requirements with the Commercial team.
• Analyse performance and collate plans from the Leadership team to support the delivery of the long term plan for Commercial.
• Manage the forecast, budget and profit process for respective Commercial team to deliver plans that are fully understood and owned by the stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and address issues before they arise, which helps the team in the function I support to focus on our customer
• Support team to deliver effective performance reporting and management information.
• Ensure all financial transactions and process are properly controlled and complied with Accounting policy
• Provide in-sight analysis of financial performance to Commercial team and financial Leadership teams to improve financial performance and manage our investment.
• Provide balance sheet reconcile over relevant KPIs to ensure no risk to business.
Qualifications:
• Degree in finance, accounting or a relevant.
• 5 years broad FP&A experience in a fast moving consumer goods, retails, operation environments with at least 2 years’ experience in large or complex organization
• Expertise in report creation and financial modeling and focus on business partnering in an operations FP&A capacity.
• Good command in English
