Responsibilities:
• To change and set cultures within the organization
• To transform both soft skills & technical understanding
• In charge of transforming people and digital/technology
• Design & analyze new work process while coordinating with top management to establish workflow plans
• Communicate change plans to the whole company
• Provide training to enhance the full potential of the plan delivered
• Manage a team of 2 and report to EVP – IT Innovation
Qualifications:
• Experience in Digital Transformation
• Fluent in English
