Job Description:
- Work closely with personnel administration processes for recruitment
- Participate in training session from start to end (invitations, training logistics requirements, trainers' coordination)
- Preparing compliance reports and routines documentations
- Coordinate with people management on routine tasks
- Report and advise with line managers/employees on various people topics/problem solving.
- Conducts, handles, and analyses reports on request and on a regular basis
- Use ALPS for HR activities and processes deployment and be able to support employee in the use of ALPS
- Scheduling for operational requirements
- Monitor data quality in assign scope
- Attendance processes of employee
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years' experience in human resource management
- Experience in compensation, employee relation, training, recruitment, administration
- Microsoft Office, Outlook
