Responsibility:
Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management, training & development, employee relations
Handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation and Social Security etc.
Handle all foreign staff personal income tax
Maintain accurate staff record in ERP system and filing system
Assist in handling the renewal and claim of different types of Company Insurance
Qualifications:
Bachelor of HR or related fields
Minimum 7 years of HR experience with well organization to supplier
Well-organized, self-motivated, independent and attentive to details
Willing to learn and be able to work proactively
Well versed with Thailand Employment Ordinance, tax law and other related regulations
Good team player and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of English
