RESPONSIBILITIES :
• A key management team member, working closely with Plant Manager and local management team by driving development & delivery of people strategies & plans for short & long term business needs
• Effective communicate with corporate/regional HR team and management to implement corporate initiatives and effective HR programs
• You will provide support on diverse matters including recruitment, performance management, reward & talent management , people development, employee relations, policy development, succession planning
• Provide HR support to local management on organisational development ( structures, culture, HR system and policies)
• Serve as a resource/consultant in strategic and tactical approaches for all HR areas. Coach local management through employee related issues and ensure local Labour Law compliance
• Effective communicate with corporate/regional HR team and management to implement corporate initiatives and effective HR programs
• Continuously improve processes or policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the HR functions
• Ensure all HR policies & procedures are in accordance with regional & global guidelines and best practice
• Work with Global & APAC People Services team to ensure HR processes, systems are maintained on timely manner
• Perform, Maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor or higher dgree in related field
• 10-15 years in HR operationas from multinational company. (New start-up plant experience is a plus)
• Proven record on businesses & change management experience will be a plus
• Ability to work & manager in matrix organisation
• Ability to influence up, down, and across the business on matters of operational and tactical matters
• Knoweldge in Labor Law
• Good interpersonal skills, people management skills, and communication skills
