Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior and Psychology, Compensation Management, or other related field
• At least 5-7 years of Senior HR Business Partner experience or Human Resource Development is desirable
• Knowledge of labor law and regulatory
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Good communication skills, negotiation skills, project management and change management skills
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience and team player mindset
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal
