Responsibilities:
- New product experiment (design lens coating condition)
- Control Coating machine for daily operation and TPM plan
- Find out good solution of coating and coating machine
- Good knowledge with coating technology of Showa or Shincorn machine
- Manage innovative project in coating process
- Sustainability development in coating process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, material science or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years Coating technique Experience is required
- Experience in camera lens, display manufacturing or any related will be advantage
- Able to analyze and lead team for process improvement
- Able to use software such as MS office or other (AutoCAD, Solid word, PLC, Drawing)
- Good command in English
- Local Primitive candidate is preferrable
Salary: 50 K - 60 K
