Qualification :
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Good in planning skill at less 5-year experience in Logistics field, resilience
• Good command of English
• ERP System SAP, material flow, Microsoft office and power point skill
• Global Supply Chain Management and Controlling (incl. international experience / culture)
• Production planning, levelling, and collaboration (Production system)
• SAP and system-based working / simplification
• Forwarding/LSP basics (lead times, carriages, customs, export)
Responsible:
• Logistics Manager Customer & Production Planning (in-house)
• Responsible for the efficient and accurate ordering/planning/shipping of all items finished good with right documents
• Responsible of customers interface, analyze customer order & behavior to reduce the order fluctuation
• Responsible of TCT and daily stock Management SAP & physical (FG, WIP, supermarket, external Warehouse, blocked stocks, no mover)
• Responsible of overall Logistics & CIP activities to meet customer expectation and internal targets
• Responsible of Logistics cost target achievement (focus: packaging, FG order lines)
• Responsible to achieve BPS M2 level in production planning
• Responsible of achieving delivery performance and Logistics Quality - tracking, controlling, sharing, improving, escalation management
• Develop the associate base on company competency & skill matrix
• Others as assign by superior (e.g. safe launch new customer projects, relocations)
• Escalation management - Follow up and expedite deliveries from the production plant
