Responsibility:

• To manage, plan and control group product management and marketing services are in line with the company’s policies and objectives to increase the profit of the company

• To plan and ensure that all of the company’s products meet the requirements of the applicable law.

• Develop and plan short- and long-term marketing plan to manage respective products portfolio that is align with overall company strategies and policies. o Produce action plan and lead the team to execute the approved plan accordingly

• Manage budget and ensure the cost of marketing operations is align with the marketing plan e.g. in the area of new product development or promotions, etc.

• Maintain/built good relationships between company and the following stakeholders in order to understand the trends, needs, branding, regulation, etc in the market that can support the marketing strategy development: (Inter-department , Private sectors , Government bodies )

• Plan, manage and execute activities related to product registrations as per local regulation requirements

• Plan, manage and execute marketing activities registration of related products as per local regulation requirements.

• Work closely with regional team in identifying new business opportunities for existing/new products, conduct re-launch, etc to increase profitability.

• Establish procedures/guidelines/policy to manage products in respective portfolio as well as marketing events in supporting the brand including media advertising, promotion, PR, etc.

• Develop/share best practices, market researches and others from past experiences and incorporate into day-to-day operations, etc

• Develop and motivate subordinates to have the highest level of professional

Qualification:

• Thai Nationality with Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

• Exhaustive knowledge of brand management principles and practices

• Exhaustive knowledge of, and demonstrably successful experience in, brand strategy development

• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning and project management

• Excellent strategic planning skills

• Excellent market research skills

• Strong managerial and supervisory skills

• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Ability to lead and positively motivate team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
