Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher (Master) in Chemistry or Engineering, Material Characterization or Polymer Sciences disciplines; Printing & Packaging or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience
Excellent problem-solving analysis and analytical skills.

Independent and team player.
Excellent written technical (statistical analysis) and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsible:
Directly manage the material science testing requirements on all new product developments including RM; FG; WIP (Work in Progress) under NPD.
Experiences in Chemicals; Mixed Adhesives; Films; Papers; Liners and the maintaining the lab equipment (calibration) and lab area.
Cost down in Material & Product for customer need in bound and out bound
Experiences in New Project with over sea
Manage to meet the demands for market requests for technical service testing - including application tests; simulation of applications; end user supplied tests and all other market related performance and comparison tests.
